NYC Harvey Milk DayThere will be a special celebration for Harvey Milk Day tomorrow May 22nd starting at the LGBT Center (208 W. 13th btw 7th and 8th). Participants will march from The Center to City Hall stopping by important NYC spots including; Union Square, St. Vincent's Hospital, Army Recruiting Center, Marriage Bereau. The march starts at noon but organizers request that if you want to participate meet at 13th St. and 7th Ave before 11:50 a.m.
Nationally, thousands of activists, allies and community members are organizing local actions to demand full federal equality for all on Harvey Milk Day and the International Week Against Homophobia.
