Gay Marketed Apartment Building in Hell's KitchenHell’s Kitchen, the up-and-coming gayborhood, is getting an apartment building that the first to market directly to the gay community according to NY Curbed. The first ad for the building is up at 303 Tenth Avenue, the under-construction rental building at West 28th Street near the High Line. It’s currently going by the name of Port 10 and has a teaser website for registration up now here.
I can only imagine that there will be one-bedrooms, studios and oversized closets for those who aren’t out yet. I do like the idea it could provide a sense of community by association similar to a college dorm.
What do you think of this development? What amenities would you want in your gay apt.?
